NEW KID ON THE BLOCK

The magnificent Brunswick Authority 22 lane cleaning and conditioning machine makes its debut at this 10th World Tenpin Masters, running with the tender loving care of Stuart Munning and Brunswick's David J. DiRito, (pictured left to right) the latter the company's Worldwide Product Training Manager.

The machine is dong very well against tough opposition around the world. "I've recently been in Germany, Italy and Japan with clinics and installations," David told us, "so I'm getting around quite a bit."

"I'm very impressed with the talents of the international bowlers," David added. "Many Americans just don't realize just how good the players are out in the world nowadays and just how big the market is internationally.

"This set-up here in Barnsley is interesting, too. I have never seen a single lane arena before so I'm really excited to see how it is going to play out. "
